Zyllon uses on-device saves, Apple Game Center and iCloud, public leaderboards, Apple in-app purchases, and Google advertising and consent services. This policy explains these data flows and how to contact us.
1. Who is responsible and what this covers
Green Zone Technology Inc. is responsible for Zyllon. This policy covers the Zyllon game, its support correspondence and its pages on our website. It does not cover ValueBrook or other products. Privacy questions and requests: hello@greenzoneca.com.
2. Game data on your device
Zyllon stores game progress, character profiles, experience and skills, story state, in-game currency, purchase entitlements and transaction identifiers, and preferences such as language, audio and haptics on your device. These records let the game resume and avoid granting the same purchase twice. Local storage alone does not send these records to a Green Zone server.
3. Game Center, iCloud saves and public rankings
When you sign in to Game Center, the game can access your game-scoped player identifier, display name, authentication status and profile image through Apple. It submits earned experience scores to Game Center leaderboards. While authenticated, changes to your local save and character profiles can be backed up automatically using Apple’s saved-game services; restoration uses that backup.
Public leaderboard information
For weekly realm rankings, Zyllon sends your Game Center player identifier, display name, score, selected realm/country code, ranking period and update time to an Apple CloudKit public database. Other players can see ranking information and may see your Game Center profile through the game. The realm/country is selected in the game and is not GPS location. A player identifier is a persistent identifier, not anonymous data. You can play offline without these connected features.
4. Advertising and privacy choices
Zyllon integrates Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent messages. Depending on your region, choices and device settings, Google’s services may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. These are used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Advertising partners can receive data as described in Google’s policies.
Consent and device controls
The game checks UMP consent status before requesting ads and presents a consent message when the service requires one. Use the choices in any message shown to you. You can manage iOS tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Denying tracking permission does not prevent core gameplay. For help reviewing or withdrawing advertising consent, contact us; a website cannot change an in-game consent choice on your device. Refusing personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily stop all ad-related processing, such as contextual ads or fraud prevention.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes in-app payments. The game receives verified transaction and entitlement information to deliver in-game items, restore eligible purchases and check subscription status. We do not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password. Consumable currency and non-consumable purchases have different restoration rules. Any subscription is managed through your Apple Account.
6. Support, website visits and service providers
If you email us, we process your email address, message and attachments to answer your request and investigate problems. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unrelated personal information. Visiting our website involves ordinary hosting and network processing, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, including by Cloudflare. The site stores your color-theme preference locally and its pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Apple, Google, hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their respective services and may process it outside your country, including Canada and the United States.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until reset or removed; deleting the app may remove local records but does not automatically erase iCloud backups, Apple transactions or public leaderboard records. A gameplay reset does not remove purchase entitlements. Cloud saves and rankings remain in the relevant services until removed or changed under those services’ rules or in response to a valid request. We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve requests, maintain necessary records and meet legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for data controlled by Apple or Google.
8. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, or withdrawal of consent, and may contact the relevant privacy authority. Email hello@greenzoneca.com with “Zyllon Privacy Request” and enough information to identify the record, such as the displayed leaderboard name and realm. We may request proportionate verification to protect your data. We will explain any legal or technical limits. Apple or Google may need to handle requests for information they control independently. Zyllon does not require a separate Green Zone account.
9. Children, security and policy changes
Use of the game should follow its App Store age rating and applicable parental controls. We do not ask children to send personal information in order to play; a parent or guardian can contact us about information they believe a child has provided. Connected platform and advertising services still have the data practices described above. We use the protections of the device and service platforms and limit use of support information to relevant purposes; no system is completely secure. We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date.
